Matthew joined Welsh Power in 2008 and has over 25 years' experience in the finance and energy sector.
From 2011, he was Welsh Power's Finance Director before becoming Chief Executive in 2023.
Matthew has played a central role during a period of rapid growth for the business and led on its transition into an employee owned organisation.
He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
